How do I get started? What do you need from me?
Once we start moving forward we’ll send you a checklist of items you need to get going. If you have any websites you like, please send us the urls as a point of reference.
Would I be able to later edit my website easily? I am a beginner and I don’t know anything about programming or coding.
Yes. You will have access to your website’s dashboard and admin panel. You are free to edit your own content. New sites are created with WordPress, the largest website building tool on the internet. If you are a beginner, WordPress tutorials readily available. If you start in and need help, we are always available to assist.
Where do you host your websites?
We typically recommend BlueHost.com. They are one of the most trusted names in the web hosting industry and provide top notch customer service at an affordable price.
What if I already own a website? Can you do maintenance our existing website?
If you already have a website and just need to edit content, we are happy to help. Lantern Alley has a wealth of experience and can work on most websites. Sites containing specialized content may require further discussion and additional fees to maintain.
What if I need tech support once you are done?
We are always available to support our products and provide you resources to update your content.
